Hi! There is no problem, you can get the model by going to https://models.slf.ch . You should register on the website in order to be able to access all the features (reading/submitting issues, etc). Then within the Snowpack project, you can either get a bundle containing all you need: at https://models.slf.ch/p/snowpack/downloads/ or install it by individual components. You are encouraged to visit https://models.slf.ch/p/snowpack/page/Getting-started/ to get a quick description (as well as links) of what to download, how to install Snowpack, how to use it and how to get help. Please also keep in mind that physically based models are very sensitive to data quality. If your input data shows some unphysical behavior (inconsistencies between the measured parameters, offsets, etc) the model will not be able to produce good quality results. Finally, please inform us of any project or paper you could publish based on work done with Snowpack so we could offer assistance and we can get some feedback on how and how often is the model used. Of course, we are also always interested in being involved in papers. Regards, Mathias Bavay
