2 years 3 months Removing unused variable from ReSolver1d.
Commit 1406, by Nander Wever
2 years 3 months Merging stable commits 1378, 1379, 1380, 1395, 1397, 1402 and 1403
Commit 1405, by Mathias Bavay
2 years 3 months Merging stable commits 1371 and 1377
Commit 1404, by Mathias Bavay
2 years 3 months A "bug" has been fixed in the fluxes outputs: when writing out ILWR, it was actually the ILWR as absorbed by the snowpack, ie with the snow surface emissivity effect. This has been changed and now it is a true, atmospheric ILWR. Integrating the late
Commit 1403, by Mathias Bavay
Jun 8, 2017
2 years 3 months A mistake has been found by I. Gouttevin in Canopy. The new filter syntax is coming into the tests (not yet into the examples). White spaces in SmetIO.
Commit 1402, by Mathias Bavay
May 20, 2017
2 years 3 months For ESM-SnowMIP, we have to initialize with saturated soils. This does not work well, so we fix it to 95% for the initialization phase.
Commit 1401, by Nander Wever
2 years 3 months A fix for the limit of the source/sink term. Also another approach for limiting evaporation from soil. Hopefully this makes simulations with canopy more stable.
Commit 1400, by Nander Wever
May 19, 2017
2 years 3 months Deleting some checks on initial conditions upon calling Richards solver, which should be fulfilled anyways.
Commit 1399, by Nander Wever
2 years 3 months This new code now checks if the source/sink term is not too large, too small, such that it will overflow the pore space or will have an outflow larger than the available water. Should be a solution for comment 4 of issue 606. Not well tested.
Commit 1398, by Nander Wever
2 years 3 months When writing out timeseries as SMET, the timezone was missing making everything appear as GMT. This has been fixed. A few methods have been tagged as either const or static.
Commit 1397, by Mathias Bavay
May 18, 2017
2 years 3 months Removing obsolete code from Richards equation solver. We improved so much on element merging (and snow settling), that this treatment of over-saturated layers is not necessary anymore (I hope...)
Commit 1396, by Nander Wever
May 17, 2017
2 years 3 months Soil-with-Richards-equation, Adding a note
May 15, 2017
2 years 4 months Updated the manifest with the latest version numbers and updated the reference test files, since after correcting the critical cut length I forgot to update them...
Commit 1395, by Mathias Bavay
May 4, 2017
2 years 4 months Removing superfluous if-statement. The case e==0 has already been dealt with.
Commit 1394, by Nander Wever
May 3, 2017
2 years 4 months Merging dev-branch up to and including rev. 1391 into the sea_ice-branch.
Commit 1393, by Nander Wever
2 years 4 months Forgotten file when merging dev-branch up to and including rev. 1369 into the sea_ice-branch.
Commit 1392, by Nander Wever
2 years 4 months Adding comments.
Commit 1391, by Nander Wever
2 years 4 months Streamlining the switch to write out extra debugging info in Richards solver. The switch is renamed to WriteDebugOutput now and the levels of detail are gone. The functionality is hardly needed anymore.
Commit 1390, by Nander Wever
2 years 4 months Bug fix for the SEEPAGE boundary condition.
Commit 1389, by Nander Wever
2 years 4 months Removing the possibility to inhibit soil freezing in Richards solver. The soil freezing method seems to run stable and realistic now and there will be no particular real-life application that requires preventing the soil from freezing.
Commit 1388, by Nander Wever
