Issue 807: Browser warnings

Reported by Michael Reisecker, Nov 29, 2019

When closing a browser window that has been opened via INIshell's
workflow panel I have warnings displayed that come from the browser
I think.
Is it possible to suppress them?

This is not only a thing with the Browser, but with any external
program opened from within. Hence, I do not think we are doing
anything particularly wrong here.

It is like when opening any program through the terminal - some
framework warnings the user would never see when double clicking the
binary may be displayed.
